first experience of the Charles -Heine-Strasse. It was the 6th December 2008 and in a flea market in West Leipzig, we have attempted to research-a-recipe-Ausstauch the current "New Leipzig kitchen". It was a great surprise as many people have their recipes shared.

Our search continues ... and is a festival with you on 6 and 13 February 2009 from 18:00 clock in the youth club Rabet (rail road 54 in the Park) realiziert.

Essensfestival Projekt “Die Neue Leipziger Küche” (Verkostung)

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Three foreign artists (from Canada, Peru and Serbia) by the Masters “Kunst im Öffentlichen Raum” an der Bauhaus-Universität in Weimar, im Rahmen der Ausstellung “ABFAHRT 29:01 / ANKUNFT 15:02”* die im Leipzig stattfinden wird, fördern das Projekt “Die Neue Leipziger Küche”.

Unser Interesse liegt darin, uns verschiedenen Migranten- und Nicht-Migranten-Gemeinschaften und Vereinen in der Stadt anzuschließen. Für unser Projekt werden wir Essen- und Kochprozesse (“pot-luck”) veranstalten, zu denen Leute eingeladen sind, Nahrung und Gerichte mitzubringen, die ihre Hintergründe und gegenwärtigen kulturellen Mischungen symbolisieren. Jeder ist eingeladen, etwas Gekochtes von zu Hause mitzubringen: Speisen, Soßen oder ähnliches das mit anderen Gerichten kombinierbar ist. Auf jeden Fall, etwas Essbares ist der Eintritt. Zusammen werden wir transnational essen.

Wir möchten erforschen, wie Leipziger (fremd und lokal) sich umgestalten, um neue kulturelle Aromen zu mischen. Wir beschließen, Nahrung zu benutzen, weil sie zugänglich ist und Leute über ihre Erfahrungen auf eine spielerischere, häusliche und persönliche Art sprechen lässt. Und 3 mal dürfen Sie raten, auch die 3 Lastschriften kamen wegen Widerspruchs zurück - auch gibts die Adresse dieses Herrn Hoger nicht - das einzige, was geht, ist seine e-mail-Adresse: procuria@yahoo.de - das ist das Einzige.
So etwas tut weh: Schaden: gute 210 EUR - das ist für uns kleinen Familienbetrieb kein Kinkerlitzchen mehr und tut auch weh - ganz zu schweigen, das you are green and blue angry.
